About Me

Born in Rochester, NY to Deaf parents, Kathleen Marsh is the youngest of four children.  Her formative years found her steeped in a household of makers: sewing, carpentry, painting, cooking, games, crochet, needlepoint and fort building.  

 

Kathleen’s studio practice informs her teaching and her classroom practice informs her artmaking.  She is an observer of nature, a lover of walks and seeks to root herself in place on a daily basis.
